Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other new client promotion(s)
2. Eligible country: SEA and MENA. All clients must be over 18 years old.
3. STP and Cent accounts are eligible to participate in this event. ECN accounts is not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Client need to submit registration form on the promotion page to participate in this promotion.
5. Definition of Net Deposit calculation: Total Deposit - Total Withdrawal - Total Internal and External Transfer during the promotion period.
6. Definition of effective standard Lot: Trading lots traded during the promotion period (including 30 days upon first deposit). The time interval of opening and closing positions is greater than or equal to 5 minutes are considered as valid trading lots. All hedging orders in opposite directions within 5 minutes after opening a position will be excluded from the Trading Volume calculation.
7. Calculation method of standard lot: All instruments except stocks are eligible for this promotion. For standard STP account, 1 trading lot equals to 1 standard lot; for Cent trading account, 1 lot equals to 1/100 of standard lot.
8. Client who registered and fulfils the net deposit and trading volume requirements during the promotion period (including 30 days upon first deposit) is entitled for the reward.
9. Each client can redeem the reward once only.
10. The rewards will be converted into US dollars and paid to the participated MT4 account within 14 working days after end of promotion (including 30 days upon first deposit).
11. If the company suspects fraud or mistreatment of participating in this promotion, the company reserves the right to cancel or disqualify your participation without notifying the participants.
12. Any indication or suspicion in the company’s sole discretion of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to client’s trading activity patterns) that indicate the client solely aims to benefit financially from trading without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, arbitrage connected to any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity of the eligible client’s real trading accounts with the company or any and all transactions carried and profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, the company reserves the right to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such trading accounts with the company, cancel all orders and all profits of such a client.
13. The company is not responsible for any delay of orders execution, technical interruption to connect to the Internet on the client side and on third party network services. This may directly or indirectly affect client participation.
14. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice at any time during the promotion period.
